The house of oriental practices and meditation

The interior of the house of oriental practices and meditation in Japanese style.

It is made in the spirit of minimalism, where each element is harmoniously combined with the overall atmosphere of tranquility. The space is zoned with the help of sliding (and hinged) shoji partitions made of wooden frame and translucent rice paper. The floor is covered with tatami mats, which provide comfort and authenticity. The furniture is functional and minimalist: low tables, built-in wardrobes, and tokonoma niches for decor. The “tokonoma” contains calligraphy scrolls, vases with fresh flowers and stone lamps. Natural materials - wood, stone, bamboo and linen fabrics - dominate the space. Large windows are used in the project to provide a direct connection with nature. The lighting is soft and diffused, using paper or bamboo lanterns.

The exterior of the house reflects harmony with the surrounding nature. The roof has a traditional Japanese shape with curved edges and is covered with tiles. The walls are decorated with dark-colored wood. The entrance is decorated with a wooden gate with bamboo elements, and the path to the house is paved with stones and surrounded by moss. The Japanese-style house for oriental practices and meditation is an oasis of harmony, where nature and simplicity combine to restore body and soul.
