Residential complex “Boulevard of Fountains”

The “GOLD GRAY” project was born in an extremely calm, balanced environment, full of understanding, respect and trust in professionalism. From the redevelopment to the selection of flowers, the designer had complete carte blanche - this created the right atmosphere for creative work and getting the best result!

    The task was short and transparent: “comfortable, modern, stylish and relevant for years to come”. This is how the new space appeared: a comfortable entrance hall separated from the living room and kitchen by a waterfall, a spacious kitchen, a dining room with a windowed area, a living room with a comfortable sofa and armchair, an adult bedroom with a bathroom, a children's room, a children's dressing room, a spacious dressing room, and two technical rooms. The apartment is equipped with a “smart home”. Smart glass in the bathroom. Purification of all water, climate system with CO2 control. Automatic curtain rods. Lighting: Delta light, Cattelani & Smith, Castro Lighting, Masiero, Fabian, Aromas, SLV.

    APAVISA porcelain stoneware. In general, the furniture used: Cattelan, GAIA, DITRE, Laskasas, Calia, Migj, META, Moretti compact, Cucine Lube kitchen, Miele appliances . Plumbing: Catalano, Laufen, Fima Carlo Frattini, TECE, Cordivari. Convector Zehender. Accessories: Fima, Carlo Frattini, Inda. Ukrainian manufacturers have shown a high level of performance, built-in furniture for the living room, dressing room, bedroom wardrobe. Bar counter, created by AKOS DSGN's own design.

Project features:
  • Wood, stone and textiles add warmth and tactile pleasure, creating a pleasant atmosphere for living.
  • Each zone is designed with ergonomics in mind: spacious storage systems, well-thought-out zoning of the living room, kitchen and bedroom.
  • The use of modern lighting, art decor and light geometric shapes emphasize the individuality of the space.
